I went for a cleaning and update of my X-rays. As usual, the tech did a great job. I am a satisfied customer!
Had my cleaning last night by Dr. Biede's dental hygienest, Heidy. She was so understanding when I asked if she could still clean my teeth since it was late in the evening. She did not hesitate. Very friendly and welcoming to accommodate my schedule. I really appreciate the friendliness. My teeth and gums appreciate her hard work! Thank you Heidy! Thank you Dr Biede for having such a professional hygienist!
Very pleased. Dr. Biede explained the procedure that I needed and the cost it would, so there wouldn't be no surprises later. Dr. Biede stay there and talk to me regarding the procedure and didn't make me feel like he was in a rush. The staff was very friendly and the office very clean.
My experences are always the best/ The first one with a student cost me three teeth and implants! Have always regretted that one. All the help so very friendly and helpful. I shall have all my dental work there. LEONA
Another fabulous experience in the office. Donna, the greatest hygienist game me stellar service, with the knowledge that I had an implanted cardiac defibrillator. All precautions were taken, by Donna and the oh so professional Dr B. Always feel safe and I good hands with the experience. Like being at home.
If you are reading these reviews because you are looking for a Dentist you can trust for you or your family's dental needs you do not need to search any further. I have been coming to see Dr Biede and his staff for over 35 years. Never once have I been disappointed. Today I called in to DR Biede's office and spoke with Nancy. On time, no waiting and excellent job at cleaning my teeth.
Very professional and excellent care,. combined with understanding and caring. Great staff. I would recommend Dr. Biede and staff anytime. Furthermore, Dr. Biede has the most advanced equipment in his office which makes the visit more pleasant and less painful.
