Jenni is blast of gorgeousness and nothing short of a miracle worker, and I don’t say that lightly! I booked in for a quick regrowth colour but had a very bad experience. Firstly, the girl who did my colour couldn’t match the shade properly, so my hair now looks very mismatched. Then during the wash, the back of my head was barely rinsed. I only left the salon about 15 minutes ago and the back of my scalp is already very itchy. Brilliant is the only way to describe my experience. I received a very warm welcome and the best cappuccino. My stylist asked me numerous question about my inspiration and as my hair is afro I was grateful for her feedback. A beautiful scalp massage and steam treatment and they even finger twirled each strand. Thank you to Evora especially for her knowledge and time.
