Thanks to the Tucson ANYTIME HOME SERVICES TEAM; specifically Ally and Sam for taking care of our recent sink faucet replacement. Although we were surprised by and unexpected and untimely dead end with our home warranty provider, Ally and Sam stepped up to accommodate us really quickly and were very professional. They did not empty and check pressure on RO system after changing filters. System started producing less water... and after a few months, I could not even fill a 16oz glass in one attempt. Finally called another plumbing company (BF) who diagnosed and fixed the problem in to time. Cost me another $180 but I did not trust Anytime to come fix it. Expensive lesson learned. Never will I use Anytime again.

Very bad service . They made the problem worse . The plumber refused to come back to fix the problem . A week later they were supposed to come back to fix the problem they called to cancel . They wanted to schedule for next week . That would be 2 weeks of waiting to fix a plumbing issue. They don't care and would not send a different plumber . I was forced to use them because of my house warranty . Don't use unless you want more plumbing problems!

Everyone was so amazing and helpful in getting by our new hot water heater figured out. Chloe and her team worked diligently to get everything worked out with our home warranty company (even when the warranty company was a total pain or unresponsive). They communicated well throughout the process and went out of their way to squeeze our install into their busy schedule - even though they were booked out - just so we could finally have a hot shower (because thanks to the warranty folks, we were taking cold showers for almost ... read more

Assigned by First American Home Warranty to fix a broken toilet and leaky faucet. They cancelled their service tech two different times extending their intended service time out one week from my initial service call. Totally unhelpful and un sympathetic to my plight.
Technician demanded the service call payment amount before he would call my insurance co. to validate the malfunction of the hot water heater. He quoted me over $300 in additional parts/connectors which did not need replaced. Next day, when I called to see when the tank would be installed, the lady at the office said I would need to pay 1/2 the amount befor they would confirm scheduled installation! CANCELED our installation!

Tom, per your warranty policy we are required to collect the service fee per your home warranty. That fee is a trip fee and diagnosis fee without that payment a diagnosis will not be submitted. We will not install a water heater with old water lines and connections etc. We stand by the quality of our work and for liability reasons those connections are necessary so there are no leaks or failures in the future. We had Anytime Home Services assigned to us by our warranty company ***** *********Our water heater started leaking and we were worried about the secondary damage it was causing. Kevin came out and diagnosed the heater and got the leak to stop while we waited for approval from the warranty. After going back and forth with my warranty company about coverage we were able to get our new heater installed a couple of days later. I was referred to Anytime Home Services from a neighbor who used them through their warranty company. My water heater decided to quit on me, and I had a few faucets that needed looked at since they were leaking a bit. The first impression of Anytime Home Services was super welcoming.
