Excellent business to work with. **** was so professional, he placed paper on the floor to ensure he did not track in dirt etc, his work in installing our water heater excelled our expectations. **** treated our home like his own. I highly recommend Anytime Home Services.
I have not been called back from **** or Chance from Anytime home Service on my job in over two weeks. there Service person destroyed my drip pan and damaged my plastering on my house, they havent done anything to help me yet, I would never use this company and I give them zero stars.
I had anytime home services sent to my house from american home shield. Apparently there was a ticket issue with the way american home shield created my ticket with anytime home services. ******* came out from anytime home services and repaired one of my issues and could not complete the leak behind the wall in my master bath shower because of this ticket issue. Just finished a horrible experience with Anytime Home Services. Looking at the trend in other reviews, this appears to be normal operating experience with these guys. They s**** up a job, customer writes a bad review, then they dutifully reply with excuse or reasons why the customer is wrong. Stay away from these guys, and if your home warranty company assigns them to your repair issue, do yourself a favor and request another contractor. This company was sent out by my ********************** If and when I do not have a home warranty I would definitely call this company for any plumbing issue I have. Anytime Home Services quickly called to set up an appointment and then sent a very knowledgeable, polite technician to our house for the repair. He explained what the problem was and how it would be resolved. He fixed the issue and was on his way. I can not say enough about how outstanding his customer service skills were. After installing a shower faucet, we couldn't shut the water off completely. Our home warranty sent this company out. They fixed the problem, but when when we went to use the shower, the water would only get **** warm. When company came out again, the hot water in the shower and the sink was on the right and still only got **** warm. These thieves were sent by Choice Home Warranty (stay away from them as well). The service? person came here and told my husband he needed $85.00 to send a report to see the problem is covered. Surprise, it's not covered. In short, my kitchen faucet was leaking and the spout did not swing over (it is a double sink). I had to tell the service man I wouldn't pay for a report, but that I guess I couldn't wrestle my money out of him. Well this unscrupulous company took the $85.00 and left. We are required to collect the service fee, that you agreed to with your home warranty, prior to submitting the report. A service fee is due for dispatching a contractor through your warranty. Anytime Home Services was sent out by my home warranty company to repair a hot water heater that was not producing hot water. Turns out a leak had caused the water heater to short out and it needed to be replaced. The water heater was only 18 months old and was covered by warranty. The repair person told us that for them to do the replacement, they would need to do additional services that totaled $425 and could not do the work unless these services were done as part of the installation. Wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible. This company was contracted by my home warranty to repair my leaking, inoperable water heater. My water heater stopped working on a Thursday, they couldn't get anyone out until the following Monday. Not ideal but understandable. Mike called ahead on Monday during the 6 hour window I was quoted and advised me of his arrival time. That was about the only thing that went well.
