By far the worst experience I had ever had with a promo company. Terrible customer service, lack of communication. Had to cancel 2 of 3 orders after being strung along for over a month of "in production" or "no longer in stock" - I had to actively stay on our rep, Yessenia, so approve design, process payment, and provide updates. NOT HAPPY! Ordered 300 custom-printed toothpaste tube squeezers. Have a printout that the cost was supposed to be $237.00. The charge on my credit card was $646.80. They said they sent me a proof, that I approved. I approved a proof of what the printing would be, not that I changed my order to 1,000 squeezers!!! The order invoice on the website, that I just printed, also says $237.00. NOTHING says $646.80. By the size of the box, I did get 1,000 squeezers. With the correct information. I had purchased an item from Anypromo several months ago, we were interested in ordering more in 2021, as the item was a well-received by the staff here. I had communicated this to our Account Rep, she was excited to work with us when we were ready. Select another print company. First order. Worked with Georgina, ***., and Akira in addition to having to request to speak with a supervisor/manager on multiple calls. Every time you call, someone new wants to help and you have to start over again. The only way around was to ask for a manager or supervisor. Eva sends emails yet will not pick up the phone to call regarding an order over $5,000. I was told the warehouse was running on fumes due to high orders and they were slipping on a few things. I was amazed at how professional the employees were that I spoke with placing my order with Any Promo, especially Ms. Erin G*******. She worked with me until the design was exactly what was wanted. I was also impressed with the male receptionist during a call. Amazing service! Going the extra mile for a customer is impressive.

Horrible experience with every turn. First was quoted one price and given a receipt, then my card was charged more than $300 more. No new receipt, no explanation. I had to call them to understand the price difference after no one responded to my email. Then I got several emails over a few days saying things like “your order is in production!” and “your order’s almost done, it’s shipping soon!”. Cool! But wait!
