Unfortunately, our initial order was out of stock and the other team member was quick to finding me an alternative to meet our deadline. Eva then followed up with invoices and shipping details. She answered my questions on the revised invoices and followed up to ensure shipment was delivered. Thank you team.

Love the pens-- they write very well and the design is cute-- just wish the logo area was larger. Eva was wonderful to work with. She kept me updated on the process at each step and replied promptly to inquiries which I really appreciated! Thank you for the great service!
