Taylor C*** and Eva A****** at AnyPromo are fantastic! Eva is always my point person on orders, and our organization has ordered from AnyPromo many times in the past few years. Ordered promotional folders and were printed wrong when I got them. Contacted Taylor Cano and she responded quickly and replaced them for us with no hassle. Only had to send her photos of the misprint and issue was resolved. Thanks so much for your prompt response and replacement !

We ordered pens for a trade show and Anypromo did not send us what we ordered. They sent us etched pens instead of the screen printed pens. The etching was streaky and did not look good with our logo/design. We contacted them immediately to replace our order or refund it so we could get someone else to send us the product we wanted. They denied sending us the wrong product, even after we sent back a box for inspection. There was a slight issue with the color changing bracelets I ordered but, this company has THE BEST customer service!!! Taylor C*** is truly amazing!! If I could give her a higher rating I would have. She was very sweet and so so helpful! She was able to fix my problem in a matter of a few days! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I'd like to give a shout it out loud to the Anypromo team. I had an issue with wrong ink color and size. Right out of the gates Eva did a great job getting the the ball rolling to address the issue. From there Taylor and I worked together to find a solution and she did a great job with her professionalism and customer service. I appreciate their outstanding service through this.
