I can not thank Dr. Prats enough for the exceptional level of care he offered my husband. It was by far the most difficult time of our lives and he went above and beyond with the care and level of professionalism. My husband and I are super grateful for Dr. Prats. Dr. Prats is a wonderful person!
Waited for over 2 hours and then the doctor acted as if it was my fault. He seemed to want to be elsewhere and or had something more important to do.
Lousy office service, very unprofessional. Nurse/office manager condescending and indifferent.
Was good but it took one time when I was at Mercy Hospital and most in need of his help and experience to totally wipe out the good he had done!

Great Doctor, Human Being and Neurosurgeon. He had 3 surgeries on me , 2003 L4-5 laminectomy, 2010 cervical repair on 6-7 and 2016 lumbar fusion. Dr. Prats is one of the best and he's unique, on the first time he operated me over a former surgery, where three other Drs. didn't want to operate. Very professional and he advises patients don't go to surgery if it's not necessary. Thanks Doctor, I feel very lucky to had the opportunity to be in your hands. May God Bless you, Manuel Quinones.
