What a shame that such a great doctor has the worse staff ever.
Dr. Prats is a kind doctor, he listens, explains to the patient in detail what they have, what can be done, and the expected results.
Dr. Velasco is great, but the office staff is never available. They take forever to answer the phone. There's no-one available to talk about billing issues.
I had a herniation that needed to be removed. Dr Prats is very personable and the first surgeon that answered all of my questions. Surgery want perfectly.
He helped me through all the pain I had with a herniated disc and through surgery, I highly recommend his work! He's a great person and surgeon a total package.
Before consulting with Dr. Antonio Prats, I had a severe herniated disk at L5-S1. I was in extreme pain in my lower back going down my leg, I couldn’t work, needed help doing basic things for myself, and was walking with a cane as I couldn’t stand up straight. Dr. Prats and his office were all incredibly professional. I got my appointment in a timely manner and my surgery was performed without incident. Follow up was easy and they called to check on me frequently post operatively. I would gladly recommend his care to friends and family.
Dr Prats has been my neurosurgeon for many years and I have found him to be a great doctor. He is a good listener and always provides a few alternative options for my situation. I highly recommend him. Always prompt and rarely a wait to see him.
