I have been to many close family reunion dinners here for the last 40 years. It has always been wonderful food, great atmosphere and wonderful service. As a child it was like we were fish in a aquarium. Very special place.
Had the best lobster tail here, but all the food was excellent. Our server was Santi he provided exceptional service. The manager was present, and greeted us I later saw him helping set up a table, and thought that was awesome. Overall, it was a great way to spend Valentine's Day, 5 stars!
We have been going to Anthony's Fish Grotto for years and are sad as everyone else about the closing of the downtown location. The La Mesa location is very nice and private overlooking the pond with some beautiful birds and outdoor tables along the pond for outdoor dining. If you do not eat fish there are other dishes that you will not be disappointed. This is my families favorite.
We love seafood! Anthonys knows how to prepare excellent dishes. My favorite calamares.
Great meal outside on the dog friendly patio! Excellent service, thank you Meriam. It had been a while since we ate here, delicious meal and were able to take advantage of happy hour prices 🍷🐶🦐🍞
My first and last at this place, food was great sorry but customers service sucks!!!!!
