Dr. Sparano is the best, he believes in rejuvenating your face without changing it. He really is an artist. From the minute you enter the facility, you know you’re in good hands. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the space is clean and gorgeous. I don’t think I’d trust another Dr. With my face!
I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sparano and now I'm at a year out. I had a prior surgery with another doctor in the area who basically screwed up my nose. I was very upset for 3 years. I cannot thank Dr. Sparano enough for fixing my nose inside and out. It looks as good as I originally wanted and I can breathe well again. If you are thinking about rhinoplasty you should definitely visit Dr. Sparano. He is an excellent doctor and I owe him much thanks!
I am very picky about who I trust my face to since I’m an esthetician, but Sue at Dr. Sparano’s office is the most passionate, knowlegable esthetician I know. She recommended Microneedling for old acne scars and general skin rejuvenation, and one week later my daughter looked at my skin and said, “Oh my god Mom, your chin is smooth. I’ve never seen anything like it.” Thank you so much Sue for giving me back my confidence!
A dear friend recommended Dr. Sparano to me. She told me he was “the best.” After visiting his office for Botox injections, skin care, and an upper blepharoplasty procedure, I know she was right! His team is exceptional. Each and every interaction I have had with them has been pleasant. There is not one weak link in the bunch; they are all very knowledgeable, polite, kind and courteous.
I have been traveling from Union County for a few years to see Dr. Sparano and his personable staff. Worth my drive for a very relaxing setting and a menu of services that are well explained. You can be confident that you can find the results that you are looking for and you are in very good hands with this doctor. I Highly recommended.
Dr. Sporano is a highly gifted plastic surgeon that despite needing to have Mohs on the tip of my nose which is terrifying, made me feel immediately confident in his ability to manage the “same day” closure. During my consult with him, he spent the time to explain all options that would depend on the actual amount of removal that was still TBD. I felt well informed of any potential outcome and was so pleased with the time he spent answering my questions and explaining his approach.
Dr. Sparano turned out to be my HERO. I could not imagine what had to be done to restore my nose to a reasonable appearance after undergoing SEVERE Mohs surgery. Dr. Sparano, in a true professional manner, explained what had to be done and conducted the procedure in a very confident manner. During the procedure, he made me feel comfortable by explaining each step. The end result was excellent.I strongly recommend Dr. Sparano for those needing plastic surgery.
My daughter had a conchal bowl reduction done by Dr Sparano in his office. We were NOT happy with the results at all. We spent a lot of time and money and my daughter went through a lot of pain and anxiety and the results were minimal at best. They even refused to take "after" pictures when it was all done saying that the full results would not be visible for 6 months. It has been over 6 months and they did not contact us to come back for pictures. It was a complete waste of time and money!

Out of fairness to the practice, and in light of the level of quality we aim to achieve, we had several long discussions with you about surgical options. We advised she complete a true 4-component otoplasty in the operating room, and explained the differences in great detail on 3 separate occasions. You decided on the smaller procedure to start. Also, post-pictures at 2-weeks would not be reflective of anything. We hope you'll return to discuss any additional options. Thank you for the feedback.
