I work within the industry and have seen about 50+ rhinoplasty surgeries by Dr. Sparano. He is considered the "go-to" guy for rhinoplasty in Monmouth County, and probably in New Jersey. Excellent nose surgeon. Has tons of patient references and excellent before and afters. I'm happy to be a reference myself. Highly recommend!

We had 2 excellent results with Dr. Sparano. 2 years ago I had my eyelids done by him, uppers and lowers, and had very happy results. I've seen many botched cases, but truthfully my eyelids literally look perfect. He did a great job! My daughter is a 17yo who had a terrible self image. Dr. Sparano recently did a rhinoplasty on her and it has changed her life. Another very great result. And we have pictures up on RealSelf. You can definitely trust this doctor. Very detail oriented.
