Wanted to write something nice about Dr Sparano. I had a rhinoplasty with him a year ago and recently saw him. Can’t believe my before and after shots. I’ve almost forgotten how this has basically changed my life! Forever grateful to Dr Sparano. So glad I was referred to him and I’ve referred many in return. I'm writing to congratulate Dr. Sparano for an excellent job with my eyelid surgery and facelift. I know I am not an easy patient, but am a very detail oriented patient. I must say that Dr. Sparano delivered on all my expectations and more. My face and eyes look great, very natural, and with extremely satisfying results. Dr. Sparano is also a very honest doctor who I feel you can trust upon meeting him. I was the guinea pig for my friends, who are now lining up for him. An even better thank you, which he deserves!
It has been 6 months since I had surgery to repair a deviated septum and fix the appearance of my nose which had been broken several times. I am not only pleased with Dr. Sparano's work but also the professionalism of his entire staff.

I have seen dr sparano's work multiple times and have heard great things about him. My son had a large mass on his jaw which was opened and closed by another doctor without treatment. He had scarring that was pretty bad and the mass still there. Dr. Sparano removed the mass and now he literally has no scar. Most importantly in this day and age, dr sparano has excellent bedside manner and you can tell he really cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.
I am a physician in north New Jersey. My daughter had a rhinoplasty by Dr. Sparano. I have a great deal of respect for him as I've gotten to know him. For anyone considering this procedure, I advise you to meet him and feel comfortable with him and his approach. He did a wonderful job with this surgery and we're all very happy with it. I cannot thank Dr. Sparano enough for his outstanding care! I noticed a blemish on my nose one year ago. I finally went to see a dermatologist who confirmed a Basal Cell Carcinoma. I was initially told that it was both deep and superficial, making it more difficult to treat and leaving the possibility of being left with a significant scar once all of the cancer was removed.
