I researched many doctors and kept hearing about Dr Sparano. I looked into his credentials which are exceptional. Best of allk, when I met him he seemed great. Very knowledgeable and willing to sit and explain things with me in consultation. I had lower eyelids done and some chin lipo, and can say I'm very pleased with the result. My eyelids basically look better than I thought they could. Feel safe with this office. They deserve due credit.
We will be forever grateful to Dr. Anthony Sparano for the life-changing surgical expertise and care that he gave to our youngest son. He had Otoplasty in April 2018, and it was by far the very best thing we have done for any of our children. The entire staff treated us with kindness every step of the way. For parents who see their child with abnormal ears, I encourage them to take a leap of faith and place it into the gifted hands of Dr. Sparano. His skills are the gift that keeps on giving.
I went to a consultation with Dr. Sparano about the robotic hair transplant surgery. I still have most of my hair, but thought I would take action and have the surgery prior to my hair thinning becoming very noticeable. I was expecting to learn about the procedure, the costs and what would occur both before and after the surgery and determine when to schedule the procedure. After speaking with Dr. Sparano and his staff, he recommended and prescribed for me Finasteride rather then the surgery.
I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sparano and now I'm at a year out. I can breathe well again, and my nose looks so natural, not even my closest friends notice that i had a nose job, some came up to me and told that i look so beautiful, But they didn't know what it was lol If you are thinking about rhinoplasty you should definitely visit Dr. Sparano. He is an excellent doctor!
I had upper and lower blepharoplasty done in addition to chin Liposuction with Dr. Sparano and I am very pleased with the results. So much so, that I went back for juviderm and botox. Everything looks natural and healed well. After my initial free consultation, I did not feel the need to visit any other doctors
Dr. Sparano is the best. Botox is always perfect. Never too much or too little. He achieves the perfect balance..I would not trust anyone else. Staff is awesome and makes you feel so comfortable! Prices are fair and Office is gorgeous too

It has been 4 months since my rhino/septoplasty where dr.sparano fixed my deviated septum and fixed the appearance of my nose... I absolutely love the way it looks and the way I feel and couldn’t thank him enough... I had never had a single surgery ever before this and was extremely nervous going in but dr.sparano assured me I was in good hands and I definitely was! This was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I couldn’t thank him enough!
