I had a rhinoplasty by Dr Sparano and had a great experience. I had a very crooked nose and a big nose. Truthfully, the surgery has changed my life. Thank you so much Dr Sparano. Wanted to write so others know who to choose when looking for doctors. He's the best, just ask around. You'll know when you meet him too.
I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Sparano. He helped us out in an emergency situation when our son needed stitches in his eyelid. He is a very skilled surgeon, and did a meticulous job. You can't even tell he had stitches! I would highly recommend him and his staff!
I had a upper blepharoplasty (lids) four months ago. Best thing i ever did! As a registered nurse, i did my homework picking out the perfect plastic surgeon to do this procedure. I am very satisfied, plus receiving lot of compliments.

OMG! Dr. Sparano is the best. I had a Basel cell removed from the tip of my nose. I cannot believe the results. So many of my family and friends are amazed. I cannot rave enough about him. He’s a perfectionist and has the nicest staff too.

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at Dr Sporano‘s office. They are all so warm and welcoming. All the girls make you feel very comfortable and are very professional! They explain what ever you are having done in great detail and answer any questions you may have. They are all so wonderful and It’s a beautiful office as well.!! I Highly recommend them.
Dr. Sparano is an amazing doctor and I would recommend him to anyone. I went to Dr. Sparano for a rhinoplasty and he gave an honest opinion and the results are very natural. He is caring and I felt very comfortable throughout the surgery and during follow-ups. In addition, the staff at his office are professional and helpful!
