Av Volkswagen doesn't even deserve one star. They are very unprofessional. I've had problems with them and my car since the first day I bought my car. I really wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from these people. They only care about themselves and money not about the buyer one bit. They gave me attitude on every question I asked them, and treated me like a kid. This dealership, is all nice when you purchase your car, but the after sales & service department have very bad customer service & not will to help when you are having issues with your car......
Great team at Antelope Valley VW. I had the pleasure of working with Dani Allison, and managers Walt and Joe. Dani was very helpful in getting me what I wanted for my purchase. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. I live in LA, and while the closest VW to me is the Downtown location, the Antelope Valley team are 100% more professional and friendly. I will make this my #1 VW location. Thank yall so much, my 2016 Jetta Hybrid is awesome!
