we have bought our last two cars from AV Volkswagen. they have been very good to us.
Tara Siebenthal is poor service advisor, brought VW into for service. Requested investigation into why VW Passat front end shook & vibrated when brakes were applied. Ms Siebenthal didn’t not document subject “customer states” concern on service record, therefore service technician never investigated. When car was released by Ms Siebenthal, she never stated anything was wrong and let her customer drive off with a unsafe vehicle with bad lower control arms (part dealership keeps on hand, based on its a standard wear & tear com... read more
