So what can I say about AV Volkswagon... well they have an absolutely amazing team that is dedicated and caring and compassionate. I'd like to thank Jose and especially Joe "VW" for everything they did for me to help me get into a brand new 2014 VW Jetta S. Without them it wouldn't have been possible. I would recommend them to anyone. Such wonderful and helpful guys. It meant the world to me. Thank you so much. :D
Mitch, Bill, Shamus... You guys all ROCK! Thanks for going the extra mile for me! I'm shouting your names out all over the place! I told Shamus the service department was one of the biggest reasons I keep buying VW's! The sales team bend over backwards for their clients.
Very impressed with the service I received with the service department yesterday. I was actually able to walk in for an oil change and some minor requests. The shuttle was prompt and convenient, and the customer service I received was A+. I even got a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Great job AV VW, keep up the great customer service!
My daughter just purchased her first car a 2011 Jetta today with the help of Mr. Joe VW Clunich. Everything went as perfect as it could from the time we met until we just finished signing the papers a little while ago. Great experience. Go see Joe VW when you want to get a car from AV VW....
