I fucking Hate this place! Even with an appointment you're waiting hours. All this for a stupid prescription that will take 2 minutes to write. I'm literally watching people come in, wait 5 minutes and be called back when I've been here for 2 hours!
Wait is terrible... wait between 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours after appointment time!!! What is the point of making appointments??? I can go on and on about particular staff but I will spare them the embarrassment. Dr. Martinez is the best and that is the ONLY reason I stay!!!
