my appointment issue yesterday today led me to change doctors in the middle of what was an important appointment for me. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago to get seen at 930 and was told I would be the first patient. You guys checked me in 6 minutes before my appointment you had me waiting 40 minutes and when I mention to your back staff they tell me I have no right to complain and that this is normal for a community clinic along with the same excuse that you guys are switching systems, which you’ve been doing for a Y... read more

rooms need to be cleaned. doctors need to learn how to tell time, which shouldnt be that hard they have digital clocks nowadays dont even bother calling for an appointment unless you have an hour+ to wait on hold.

IF ANYONE IS EXPERIENCING BAD SERVICE, CALL YOUR HEALTH PLAN AND FILE A GRIEVANCE AGAINST THIS FACILITY. IF THEY GET ALOT OF GRIEVANCE, THE HEALTH PLANS WILL CUT THEIR FUNDING TO THIS FACILITY. JUST AN FYI
