Drove four hours today because the sales woman, Maria promised me a certain deal while I was visiting my parents last week. Told her how much I wanted to pay for a car and she said she would speak to her manager, called me a few minutes later and told me her manager approved. Made an appointment for today. Drove four hours only to find out her manager did NOT approve this negotiated price and that the price wasn't going to work. Wasted my entire day. I don't recommend anyone go here.
Not very customer friendly! 3 salesmen standing around talking to each other, I had to approach them with King Of Cars flyer. 1 looked at flyer and told me I didn't need to be there that they will call the winners Sunday, then walked away. Went into parts department to purchase a part for my car and the entire time I was in there, the parts man acted like I was bothering him and wasting his time until another employee walked up, then he completely blew me off and started talking to him. 4-16-2016 AV Chevy is running a bait and switch SCAM with their little "Three Cars you win" B.S. They send you a flyer and a game card, tell you that you've won $$$ then you get in there and guess what it's all a scam. Then they act like "Oh what it's all legal, the US Attorney's office has said it's a legal Game" Guess what the same SCAM was done in Texas too. Just had my first oil change/service done on my 15 silverado,that I purchased from them. Everything went great,listened and honored certain requests I had and was in and out,in a timely manor. Only reason for not 5 stars was the initial greeting when first arriving was a bit frustrating. The greeter clearly was already overwhelmed with her job,all by 8:30 am and gave me 0 direction on what or where I needed to go..
