I had my car serviced 3 weeks ago and they had it done in 30-minutes. I was very satisfied with AV Chevy's service.
I, Nicholas Kusmit, active duty United States Marine, will be picking up my vehicle Monday March 20,2017. I am very upset and frustrated with Chevrolet right now. Chevy has stated they back their product and with statements coming from you, Chevy is not backing their product on a known problem for the 2010 Chevrolet Equinox 2.4l engine oil consumption. I got a gift certificate for Xmas went to use it with a oil change they won't honor it. They gave it to me.
Unfortunately they've lost a customer over something as simple as an interior door handle on a 3 year old truck, I even purchased the top of the line extended warranty but neither the warranty co or the dealership would fix the issue, sad, so I cancelled my extended warranty and will have my maintenance done at another location, what's sad is I've none all of my maintenance (oil changes etc) there, no longer. Extremely frustrated customer.
