Best salesman is Johnny. I have never liked to deal with them, but am definitely recommending him to people. He definitely works to find exactly what you want for the price. I won't deal anyone else.
Randy was our service writer, he was very knowledgeable and understood our concerns for getting our Traverse fixed and the oil changed. The tech who worked on our vehicle forgot to plug in a couple of the electrical connectors under the driver seat which controlled the movement. It was very disappointing to go back to AV Chevrolet's service department to have this issue taken care of. I am not at all satisfied with AV Chevy, every time I bring my Saturn Vue into AV Chevy for service you find away to make it a mess. This last time you made me wait for 2 weeks because someone could not find or did not order the part, and I was never offered a rent a car until my wife called and talked to someone 10 days into the ordeal. My wife and I use to buy lots of cars from you but you have lost our business and in no way will we ever recommend you to anyone we know. I have called over 10 different times over the course of nearly two weeks in my failed attempts to schedule an oil change on my Silverado. Every single time I call, i get transferred to a service representative and the phone just rings and rings and rings! I then am told to leave a voicemail promising to be called back as soon as possible. I have yet to be called back!!! By far the worst service ever!! Had a terrible experience at the AVChevy service department...would highly suggest Valencia,being asthough I had a whole list of things that needed NOT to be done..took it to a mechanic after getting the service list for proof...AV wanted to replace and service things that had been done within the last month ,without there knowing ...I would think a true professional would know the difference GUESS NOT...

I came in on a trip from Sacramento. On my way in when i stopped in bakersfield my check engine light came on. The service center in bakersfield was a failure. I drove to Mojave to lodge, woke up at 7am tho being my car in, it was a little unpromising say first but you managed to work me into your busy day and you made mine.
