You guys were trying to rip me off. Who takes rebates to so called buy down your interest rate? I know who......Antelope Valley Chevy does. They do this so they can act like they are hooking you up on a low end model, and get more money on both ends! They said if they were to take my trade that was paid off the interest would be higher! I have bought many new cars and never dealt with bullshit this deep. I even live in the city, wtf!

My expierence with AV Chevy has been far beyond any dealership I've ever dealt with! From the management, to sales, to service, they have been AMAZING!!! My sales guy Oscar even calls to make sure my service appointments go okay. The service department goes out of their way to update you on the progress of your vehicle while your waiting, and be sure your comfortable. The only nice or good thing about this dealership is the Salesperson Renz McGowen and Saleswomen Crystal and Maria. The entire staff, with the exception of a few in the Service and Parts department, are arrogant, rude and not helpful in any way. They act like you are an inconvenience to them, like you are beneath them. The women in the business office are the worst!! All they do is gossip and talk shit about other employees. took my car in to get my illuminated charge port installed on my new volt and they knocked it out within a few hours, got the car back all clean and great looking. thx again and see you next oil change
