Their service department is consistently ridiculous and slow! First, a few months ago, I spent nearly 6 hours waiting for my oil to be changed when I made an appointment for 9 am. Second, I brought my car in again with an appointment to have a single piece of trim that fell off replaced. Again, it was almost 4 hours of waiting. Today, I have an appointment at 10 am, and it's been almost an hour and a half and the car is still outside. Mechanics said my transmission was no good, it would need to be replaced and take a week. It was the beginning of a family vacation for the next two weeks. We were already 400 miles from home and stuck, something they knew very well. Great selection of vehicles. Awesome customer service.
Their staff is excellent, super helpful, and accommodating. Always pleasant to deal with. I do think their service department, on the other hand, leaves a bit to be desired. Overall, so far no deal breakers on taking my truck here for service.
