The salesperson Christian was polite and knowlegable about the products. I bought a 2017 Equinox for my wife based on a 10 point wish list that she had given me. The vehicle met 8 out of the ten. I bought the car and then had to go get my wife after her work to come in and sign the paper work. The staff had prepared a message board welcoming her by name as a new Equinox owner. This type of customer service goes a long way with customers. All in all it is a fine example of what a dealership should be.
