I have to say that when we first came in for the tour, we were impressed and decided to move to the area partly because of this housing option. It's lost some luster due to the low quality material used in the apartment, but we do like the pool area. As a father, one of my major concerns is the waiting area for the school buses in the morning - or lack thereof. We have a choice of standing in wet, soggy grass with the sprinklers soaking us on some days, standing in the driveway during rush hour (!!), or standing next to the ... read more
Ansley's a great place to live. We lived in one of the cottages for a year. Very convenient! The staff was great and the pool was wonderful. The parking is overcrowded. For the price, we would have expected granite countertops and a better stove but it's a good value. We recommend Ansley.
I love the amenities, the layout on the inside of the apartments, the overall quiet environment, but the parking is bad enough to warrant a 1 star rating. They've been "working on it" but it just seems to be getting worse every day. If you aren't home by six or seven pm daily, don't expect to park remotely close to your apartment unless you live near the dog park or the mail box. Have groceries after a late shift? Sorry, the handicap spots are also occupied by non handicap drivers and any space not a parking spot is occupied... read more
The noise level when looking at the apartment was horrible the person who lived up stairs sounded like it had a herd of elephants running upstairs ... And loud music .... I would suggest to anyone looking at these apartments to look else where ...
