RecommendedThe maintenance staff are awesome! They quickly attend to any issues and are friendly. The office staff have also been friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and look very nice. We live in a two bedroom which has plenty of room and is comfortable. The parking can be a challenge, especially if you have visitors and there are no visitors spots open. Me and my boyfriend were shown a couple of different apartments. We fell in love with the last one we looked at. It was facing the woods, and gave us just enough privacy. We were sold! We were told that we could have that specific apartment if we applied right away. We went ahead and scraped up the money for the application that day, ($250) and applied for that apartment. Treat their clients that were there first, and live as considerate neighbors, the same way that they treat newer clients that are loud and disrespectful. Be prepared to be charged a premium price for cheap appliances, faucets, and you will be charged for everything from bug spraying to trash pick up. A single person living in an apartment has to pay over $30 a month in water bills.
I've lived here almost a year and just renewed. Very quiet, safe place to live. Staff has been very responsive. I've met some great neighbors, and my VIEW from my balcony is spectacular!
Just stay away...have been here for two years (unfortunately) and have never really had anything bad to say until today. This place will take advantage of you every chance they get. I won’t go into details on Facebook. I am speaking with Fogelman Management - the property ownership - regarding my issue - which probably won’t help but it will make me feel better. The only other negative I had was one of the office staff - but she’s gone now.
Worse place to live. Dogs are allow to pee and poo in the balconies
I have been traveling and living in apartments for 5 years. This is the only bad living experience I have encountered.
