seems my review was removed. parking was terrible, dog DNA testing was a joke and a half, overall terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone, no matter how luxurious a half way house may be

I have lived here for 7 months and woke up this morning to my car being towed because there was no parking sticker visible in my windshield. I park in the correct area, always pay my rent on time, and am a quiet and respectful resident. But now I have to pay $225 to get back my own car? After talking to the front office all I got was basically “aw, sorry.” What was the point of even writing down my license plate # when I signed my lease if they can’t be bothered to check if I’m a resident before towing my car?? I’m a teacher... read more

This is the place to live. Nobody that works here is complacent. They are hardworking caring individuals. The apartment is very well maintained. The quality of the materials used is first rate. I just love this place. The curb appeal is awesome. The staff keep the grounds clean and no overflow of trash. They clean the buildings and keep the dog poo picked up and the stations emptied. Just to drive in from work every day is a pleasure. It's so clean!!!

My husband and I moved to this complex July 1, 2017. We have been very happy here. The apartments are very nice, the staff very helpful, and it is very quiet and serene. My only complaint is that the builder didn't put in screen doors for the balconies and patios. This causes us to have to turn on expensive air conditioning to be cool, when it is beautiful outside, and simply opening the door would have cooled the apartment off sufficiently. When we do open our door to the outside air, there are birds and insects flying in -... read more

If you want to be disrespected by PERSIS (office staff) and the manager Linda go for it. Lived there for a good while and maintenance and the pool kept us there. The staff could not be any more unprofessional rude and unhelpful. Hannah is the sweetest but the unprofessional environment that is in that office is not worth your money.Thin walls, no parking, rude office staff, second chance sober living, don’t shampoo your carpets before you leave they will be considered “wet” and need to be pulled up.If your on a bottom level y... read more

I have been renting at Ansley for about a month and a half. I have found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful. The amenities are sufficient for my needs, and the periodic social events and outreach are a nice and appreciated touch. Thank you, Ansley management team! You rock!

Well this whole parking thing is rediculous! When I visit I always park away from the buildings because residents need to have a place to park. They definitely pay for it!! I just heard of someone's car with carseat & other baby needs inside being towed to West Asheville!! This car was parked at the dog park. The person was house sitting for a resident. No visitor parking was available at the time she parked her car. Now this person is strapped with a rediculous amount of a bill before she can get her car!!! Ansley should st... read more
