Pros: The location here cannot be beaten, and the complex is neat and well cared for. Maintenance requests are generally taken care of within a day. The neighbors are friendly. The amenities, like the pool and clubhouse, free printing, etc. are really nice. Challenges: The thin/cheap paint it alarmingly hard to clean or work with, especially considering the prime price we are paying for a "luxury" apartment.
