Wife and I purchased a new Outback from Annapolis Subaru. We had several visits, test drives and exchanges by e-mail and not once did we feel pressured to buy a vehicle or pressured into something we didn't want. Ginny Perkins was a joy to work with though we worked with several during our multiple visits. Hope the service department keeps up with our now very high expectations.

Bought a Subaru Outback yesterday and it was an excellent experience working with the team in Annapolis. I have not purchased a car for 18 years so I was a bit nervous about the process but Ottie and other staff members were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend Annapolis Subaru if you are looking to purchase a car.
I would definitely recommend Annapolis Subaru. I purchased a used Subaru Forester from Ottie and he was awesome. I hate car dealerships that have pushy salespeople but I did not experience that at Annapolis Subaru. They respond promptly to emails and are very personable. In for a safety recall for my 2013 WRX which was accomplished in under an hour once they got the car in.
