I didn't like my Subaru. Every oil change I would tell my service manager and they would attempt to fix the problem. My visit on November 17, the service tech actually got in the car with me. They spent 4 hours on my car. Now I love more than just the color. The staff is always respectful, efficient and friendly. I left the dealership where I purchased my car and I am so glad I tried Annapolis instead.
Simply great service. No hard selling or pushy salespeople. They know they have a great product and all you need to do is drive one and that'll make the decision for you.
Bought a car with history of a gas smell. They told me that's normal for Subarus in the winter. I find out after 3 different shops that there is a hole in a gas line. Fine, won't hurt my car. The leak in the windshield however, was very annoying. 1 year and 2 months after I bought it the turbo went up. A few months ago I left a message on the managers machine and surprise surprise, no call back. $3,000 dollars to replace my turbo. I owe 4,000 still and had the car for a year and two months. This is truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a car dealership. They gave me a trade in value thru kbb that was way under the appraisal I did on kbb. I noticed on the appraisal sheet that they purposely left off the navigation, premium wheels, leather interior and many other things just to low ball me on the trade value. I brought this up to them and they refused to add it to the appraisal sheet. Also I would like to mention that this was from the appraiser/manager so beware. They sold me a crappy car and knew exactly how to blow me off. They make a lot of noise about customer satisfaction but they are no different than any two-bit used car lot. The service department is no better. They talk about their "truly exceptional" service. It's a bunch of hot air. They look for ways to rook you for a few more dollars just like any other crooked garage.
I've ask these Idiots to take me off there Email address for a Year!!! Well I'm still waiting? Assholes
