We recently went to Annapolis Subaru and Mike McKneely was our sales associate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Had a poor experience purchasing a pre owned vehicle. Vehicle was due to be shipped out of state by dealer and after over 5 weeks I still don't have the vehicle. Trying to get an answer from someone in a decision making role around delivery date has be difficult. Still waiting....
Don't go here to get your car serviced. My significant other is on trip #3 to their shop to fix his AC...still not fixed, and they actually broke one of the vents on the passenger side so you can't adjust it now, in addition to leaving grease smears all in the inside of the car. Oh, and for some reason the back up camera is also no longer functioning after the last visit. With temps coming up that are going to be in the high 90's this week, it's pretty damn annoying that his car STILL doesn't have working air conditioning. H... read more
If you are looking to get a Subaru- go see Ottie at Annapolis Subaru. He listened to what we could spend and what we needed and delivered. He's easy to chat with and easy to get a hold of for all of our questions.
Great experience with everyone at Annapolis Subaru. Ottie was willing to get some dimensions I needed in the cargo area to make sure the vehicle would suit my needs. Since I live on the eastern shore it saved me some time in bay bridge traffic. My golden retriever and I are now enjoying our new Forester.
