To be fair I drove the heck out of my 2013 Outback, putting on 143k in 5 years. But 3 out or four wheel bearings had to be replaced at just over 100k, recently costing me $1800. And now the car is junk at 143k - full exhaust system including 3 catalytic converters would need to be replaced for around 4k, and my mechanic doesn't recommend doing because it was caused by excessive oil consumption - a known issue by Subaru (there is a class action suit but no recall). RecommendedBasic tire rotation, took about an hour. I caught up on some work and had a soda. They replaced the lower block in my 2013 Outback out of warranty and no cost to me. Made a the difference in buying there or another dealer. Andre was excellent to deal with when I bought my 2018 Outback 3.6R. Yes, happy.

DO NOT buy a car from here. Very poor customer service. I was going to buy my Subaru here and went somewhere else to purchase it due to the horrible customer service!!
