Eric was great. I purchased a 2017 Impress and Eric was thorough and paid attention to my needs. His sales technique was strong and he made his points without feeling like I was being pressured into anything. I walked out of there happy and was not jerked around or sold a line of BS. I didn't think buying a car could actually be an enjoyable process. Everyone there was super polite and friendly. Our salesman, Eric Maier, was truly a delight to work with. I love my new crosstrek, they even had it brought up from their sister store simply because I wanted a certain COLOR! Like, who would do that? Super awesome experience all around and I'm very sure I got the best deal possible.
Charged me $270 to change a turn signal didn’t fix the howling noise from passenger side
