The Visit went very good. All Problems were discussed.
It’s a wonderful change to show up for a doctor’s appointment and be seen on time. This was the case with my appointment with Dr. Longacre. We discussed several things and as always she is a careful listener and provided me with several options to address my concerns. I always leave pleased with the plans we’ve made to keep me on a healthy path.
Once I can get an appointment, great to visit. Having issues getting prescription refills approved.
My experience with Dr. Longacre has been a nightmare. I unfortunately was assigned to her when Dr. Wehbi, my gastro doctor in the practice, died a few days before my scheduled endoscopy. My cardiac surgeon wanted clearance from gastro doc so I could have heart surgery needed because of severe aortic stenosis and the need to replace my aortic heart valves. On September 15, I was diagnosed with severe aortic stenosis and referred to heart clinic on Sept 21 to schedule surgery. It takes a very long time in this gastroenterology... read more
Dr. Long acre is a god-send. She is friendly knowledgeable and has a fantastic bedside manner, I was ready to leave practice before I was switched to her, he really cares about your health, not condescending, she’s became one of my favorite doc’s , give her a try you won’t be disappointed. She seemed annoyed to even be there...annoyed when you asked a question and never followed up after a procedure or returned a phone call. Her medical assistant was just as annoyed when you called with questions..took 3 days to return a call...would absolutely not recommend...so many other better Drs in this practice

The same thing happen to me, not for one visit, but every visit where testing was required I asked twice for medicine to be called in 2 different visits, never called them in. I was also had to talk to her office manager about a test result that the staff would not call me back. Office manager guarantee someone would call me back today, before we hung up, I verified with her that someone would call me back today and she said yes. Well, no one call be back that day. I was able to get a last minute appointment with Dr. Longacre. She has been my doctor for a few years now. I found Dr Longacre to be a wonderful doctor, she understands my concerns, taking the time to diagnose my problems and recommends corrective actions to help. I would highly recommend Dr Longacre to anyone having Gastro issues
