Dr. Longacre took the time to listen to all of my issues and scheduled every test needed to figure out what’s wrong.
Reading some of these reviews and I think people just love to put each other down. Im sorry for flabbergasted but in no way is any one in that office rude or undereducated. It seems that no one that you came into contact with was good enough for you. My first exo with Dr Longacre was Thanksgiving evening. She did my procedure at Kennestone the following day. Dr gave me details on what would happen. It was fast and I was released later that day. A week I met with her at her office. Scheduled my next procedure. The office staff was great. Very efficient and helpful. Two weeks later Dr Longacre did my procedures with ease. Marietta (2nd floor)- staff rude and certainly not top notch. There was one person who used great AIDET skills (scheduler- young blonde girl who made my appt after the visit. MA seemed undereducated, rushed me during history and discharge (Pam). Dr. Longacre- aloof, rushed, dry, and could seemingly care less. I was concerned about seeing this doctor because of her reviews, but I found Dr. Longacre to be attentive and thorough. She sat down and walked through my history and current symptoms with me and it did not seem rushed. I was able to get my questions answered and a treatment plan established. It was a pleasant experience.
I’ve been seeing Dr Longacre for years, first for my needed colonoscopy and later for treatment of anemia. I was recently admitted to hospital for my anemia and Dr Longacre came out to y see me, and schedule in hospital testing that she oversaw. I love that she is always willing to answer all my questions and set me at ease.
