The food is great, a little high on prices for breakfast!
I've always wanted to like Anna's House, from the very first visit before they were a chain till now. However, after repeatedly bad service from the Beltine location I don't know if I'll ever give it another chance. My "favorite" was the time when the waitress put in the wrong sandwich despite also pointing on the menu at a breakfast sandwhich and then to make up for it insisted on getting avocado slices after we said no multiple times. Great food and fantastic service! The cinnamon roles are the bomb!
Ordered orange juice and apparently that means you're ordering the much more expensive fresh squeezed despite not saying I wanted fresh squeezed. I didn't know until I received my bill which explained why the terrible OJ I was served tasted like biting into the rind and was less than half actual juice. Then the food arrived and while the hash browns were amazing the eggs tasted like they were cooked in water. The food is always good! This morning the hostesses were very RUDE..we were not acknowledged right away when entering then they questioned us when we were called to be seated. We felt like they were thinking we cut in line or something! Had to show them the text we got before they would agree that we were legit. It will be a while before we go back.
Best breakfast in town. Hangover omelette is amazing. Great atmosphere as well. Love it. Second time here in grand rapids

Always busy! And for good reason because they are always very friendly and I love their healthy food options and that they source locally. They even have fresh squeezed juice which is how juice should be! Love this place!
