The wait time was great, the food was great (like normal), but I need to caution this place not to get too cocky, service goes a LONG way. I ordered a soda, that was never refilled...ever, my partner ordered a tea and a water...his water was never refilled-ever. After we wallowed in the filth of our dirty dishes for what seemed like an eternity, the manager came over and grabbed our plates, never asking how things tasted (which I would have answered-GREAT!), but seeing empty glasses, he never asked if he could get us anythin... read more

Bar none, absolutely the best breakfast and lunch place to eat in Grand Rapids, maybe all of Michigan! Do not miss this place! Thanks for many wonderful, memorable meals!!!
The servers weren't very cheery and the food was average.
The hostessing service was terrible. They were more worried about seating there friends then the customers that had been waiting for an hour.
I loved it. The environment, the food, the workers, everything about the place is marvelous. Definitely a must go to place to eat. I am from down river michigan and if I am in the area, i will stop in!

Always enjoy stopping at Anna's when in town. Good food, clean feel and a pleasant staff. The decor is great as well.
