Dr Nichols is very thorough and smart, and takes her time unlike most doctors. Overall I had a good visit. I would definitely recommend her.

A great doctor that listens and takes time to understand what is going on, so she can help treat you to the best of her abilities. She is a kind person with great manners, and is someone I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a top dermatologist.

I love Dr. Nichols, she treats my son and grand daughter as well, She has excellent clinical skills and is an awesome practitioner. My son was seen by two (2) dermatologists and an Infection Disease specialist and they could not figure out was was wrong with him. Dr. Nichols saw him and right away she knew his condition, treated him accordingly and appropriately. This is the reason why he takes his daughter, my granddaughter to treat her skin condition. Dr. Ann Nichols is an amazing doctor and this review is not about her. This is about the staff and lack of professionalism from the staff (front office) and office manager. I’ve had to waist 2 days because of how antiquated and inept the billing department of UM is. Despite paying all my co-pays of $40 at the Drs. office during my appointments, the office has billed me for my co-pays. I called the Dr. office and sent them credit card statements showing (UM DERM SOUTH MIAMI), all had been paid and they still sent me to collec... read more
