I got the house! It wouldn't have been possible if not for a smart team making sure that our offers were taken seriously. Their credibility in the industry did a lot for the offers we put on the table, they clearly communicated to sellers that we were going to be easy and efficient buyers to work with. Anna K and her team did a great job in helping me get a large rental property sold. Anna had a team of professionals (e.g., painters, landscapers, etc) that helped us get the property in tip top shape for showing.
