The whole team at Anna K who helped to sell our house – Sarah M., Sarah K., and Tia – made the entire process smooth and seamless. We needed to sell quickly, and Sarah M. recommended ways to make our house move-in ready and guided us to the right listing price. We got a listing price offer in less than a month! When it came time for paperwork, Tia made sure we had everything in order to close on time so we could stay on schedule for our move. I highly recommend Anna K and her team. Thoroughly professional, extremely disciplined, very focused on the tasks that must be done (and there are a lot of them to bring a house to closing) and on communicating with the seller (us). Could not recommend more highly. They are very focused on process and on results and on solving problems, and those are the things you really want to see when you are the seller.

Anna knows the East Side of Atlanta neighborhoods better than any other realtor and Sarah was awesome throughout the process and was a great negotiator/buying agent. I got more for my property than expected and ended up with the purchase property that checked all the boxes. I took Bailey the listing agent on 10-12 trips and she was quick to respond through my wide range of neighborhoods and timeline- I probably owe her gas money.
