Our experience with Anita Allen was wonderful! We have never had a good experience with a Realator until we met Anita. She helped us sell a house, find a rental property, and purchase our new construction. She was with us every step of the way, including every imporant meeting, every walk through, helped us with any issues we had, and at was very prepared at closings. She made buying and selling a house easy! If you are looking for the best experience in buying or selling a home then I highly recommend Anita Allen!

Anita help my wife and I sell and buy our home within a 6 week period. She was very helpful in arranging a mortgage company and negotiating both the selling prices. I have recommended her to others and I would call her again.

Anita basically held our hand from the day we wrote the contract on the house we were selling (which she sold 5 days after we listed) all the way through a year later when our new construction home was completed. We experienced her exceptional attention to detail and service throughout the whole process and we couldn't have been happier. I can't imagine going through our selling and subsequent buying process with anyone else! Anita was very attentive to us throughout the year-long process to sell our old house and get us into our new construction home! She's wonderful and I give her the highest recommendation!

We were brand new to the area - Anita did an excellent job getting us familiar with everything. She's very knowledgeable and an excellent real estate professional, really knows her stuff, we were lucky to have her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best in the Pensacola area.
