Anita is the best. From day one, she worked to find us the exact house we were looking for. Our hope was to find one with most of the features were wanted, we never expected Anita to find one with everything we were searching for. We also used Anita to sell our daughter’s house. Listened to our needs then followed up with multiple options which might meet those needs with no pressure to aggressively make a commitment. We felt well-represented with respect to bids and negotiation. All the while, there was excellent follow-up and response to any questions or concerns. Great experience!

Anita goes above and beyond to help her clients in both buying and selling a home. We live out of state in another time zone, yet no matter the hour, she was available for information and questions. She oversaw the needed repairs that an inspector required and keep in touch every stamp of the way. I highly recommend her!

Anita is a top notch real estate agent. She is professional, knowledgable, and a true advocate for her clients. She helped us purchase our home while we were stationed overseas. Anita is a fantastic realtor with unbelievable patience who exudes nothing but positive energy. She's a good listener and never pressured my wife and I to make a purchase decision.
