Anita is the most encouraging, supportive, fight for you, ask me questions anytime, anywhere realtor anyone could ask for. Her “I’m here for you” attitude got us our home in Florida and her negotiating ability is outstanding. This woman is amazing id give her five stars everywhere but then You may think this isnt a real review. She did everything we asked her and honestly got us the house we wanted shes a fantastic realtor and I will be recommending her to anyone I meet. She always answered my calls or text in a timely manner and always went to work for us. Anita has got that sweet southern charm that needs to stay in the south. Thank you for all your hard work it payed off for us!

I have always been extremely satisfied by her knowledge of the market, professionalism, attentiveness to our needs, and her ability to obtain our desired properties. PROFESSIONAL!! We are so thankful for the previous reviews, that outline how professional Anita is. She most definitely has a pulse on the market and thru her knowledge we were able to sell our home within 3 weeks well over asking price. In fact, within 3 days she accumulated 10 offers all over asking price. She expertly lead us thru the negotiation and selling process. The clincher was the closing agent glowing comments of Anita and her professionalism and what a joy it is to work with her. We second those comments.

Anita was great, couldn’t ask for a better agent. Anita was almost always available and when she wasn’t she made sure to let me know she would contact me at the earliest convenience. Anita was also able to find me a lender who didn’t need transcripts as the IRS is backed up due to Covid, she was a tremendous help. I definitely recommend!

Anita Allen was helpful from the beginning (looking for a home) to the end (at the closing). She always answered my messages and gave me the help I needed. The house I purchased took extra time to close because of an issue out of our control. Anita was there every step of the way. She has a wonderful manner about her and she’s also fun to be around.
