What a disappointing experience. We are from out of town. My daughter's golden is having severe stomach issues and I was afraid he was getting dehydrated. I went to this vet first thing this morning and they turned us away. They said they were not taking new patients. I explained we were from out of town and had an energency, that it would be a one time visit. They did not care. They turned us away. Based on the other reviews, maybe they were having a bad day. DR.Norma is the best Vet in St Augustine. She has kept my Murphy well. Surgery yesterday at 10 years old went great. Thank you does not seem enough.
Been with Dr. Norma, Laurie and Robert for years. They are wonderful...Dr. Julie.too. The perfect blend of knowledge and compassion,,,...celebrating medical succeess and helping with empathetic support when the difficult decisions need to be mad3. Our 4 dogs and 2 cats couldn't be in better hands.
Dr Norma is a great and caring vet! She loves all her patients:), even those who walk upright!
They are simply the best. Everyone at Animal Wellness Center make me feel like my pets are their number one concern. They know me and my pets names on sight. The compassion they give in those sad times is extrodinary !! I'll never be able to thank Dr.Norma enough.

Dr. Norma and her staff are wonderful.! Our babies love going to see them!
Norma gave us 2 more years with our sweet Rex than we thought we'd have. She put Rex on the Pumpkin Diet which helped him lose at least 20 lbs and having her make house calls was a blessing since Rex wasn't able to get in the car.
