Dr. Heather is amazing! She has taken such good care of Cheyenne,our 20 yr old Beagle with glaucoma. Such a clean, relaxed atmosphere with amazing staff. And you never feel rushed. Highly recommend AVC.

Thanks to Dr. Brookshire, my Yorkie, Benjamin, is seeing clearly after he picked up an eye infection at a local boarding facility. She gave him a thorough eye exam and even checked out his upper respiratory infection. She took her time getting to know Benji and his situation. Her prices for a specialty veterinarian are extremely reasonable. I'll be sure to take my other 2 Yorkies to Dr. Brookshire soon! Thanks so much :)

I was apprehensive when Bay Beach sent us to Dr. Brookshire for a consultation for our cocker spaniel. We were put at ease and every question was answered and even encouraged before his procedure and afterwards. Tigger is still in the healing process however this morning he has been extra playful and more like he was before his cataracts stole his vision.
