Dr. Brookshire and her team are very knowledgeable and do amazing work! They are very caring and have peformed 2 eye surgeries for my English Bulldogs. I have had no issues or complications after surgery and their eyes look great!
Dr Heather and staff are such wonderful , caring people . Our precious Bentley was diagnosed with diabetes in October 2017. We noticed some clouding in Feb, so , made an appt for Bentley to see the Dr. Before we could even make it there , Bentley literally went blind over night . I sent an email on Friday , it was after hours , but, Dr Heather responded , gathered information and made an emergency appt for that Monday . She ended up operating the following Tuesday , and Bentley's surgery was a total success . I can tell you ... read more
Compassionate, caring and outstanding expertise. Thank you all for taking such great care of Chopper .
First visit to the center. Everyone was very welcoming. Put my little dog, Coco, at ease during examination. Mary Ollice
I was referred to these folks by the VBSPCA. My dog had a small tumor on her eyelid. She scares pretty easily and can be jumpy but Dr. Brookshire and her staff were very good with her and she didn't stress out at all. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and the caring way they treated my little girl. The office is warm and welcoming and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. I was also happy to find that they give veteran discounts - every little bit helps these days.
I took Hunter in to have his eyes checked because our vet noted he had cataracts. Dr. Heather Brookshire did a complete eye exam (including the puff of air in each eye). The assistant and the doctor worked great together keeping Hunter calm while sitting for the exam. Thankfully the cataracts are very small & non-progressive, however if surgery had been required I would have felt comfortable scheduling it with them.
Very knowledgable and caring staff. I would highly recommend them.
