2 stars only for a beautiful clean facility great desk, an tech staff. However the vet had horrible bedside manners, wasnt helpful, in a treatment, or reccomendation. Seemed behind on new methods of treatment for our situation Made snide remarks that were unnecessary. Then to top it off didnt honor the quotes the he gave his staff to pass to me on the phone before coming in. Very disappointed.
RecommendedMy dog “Cassie” probably wouldn’t have survived her surgeries with any other vet working on her, she had a diaphragmatic hernia repair and a right back leg amputation. Dr Alan was very attentive and caring with my dog, he communicated with me well and I couldn’t thank him or his staff enough. I’m like most pet owners and care great amounts as to who I deal with when it comes to my baby. I can honestly say confidently that I trust the staff equally cares for my girl as I do. Everyone is so friendly and professional and it shows that they do their jobs with pride. My vet was unavailable and recommended the Animal Health Clinic. We had to put our beloved dog Gracie down due to a stroke. The doctor and staff were very thorough with or dog and compassionate with us through our sad time. It was our first visit ever. I highly recommend this clinic!!
Worst clinic I have ever been to.They are a joke.Took my dog in for a puffy ear,came out deaf and vet want return my call.Dont take your pet there.
