My sweet Bella unfortunately passed away at home last Thursday. When I arrived they were so nice and carried all 93 lbs of her in. They didn't rush me to leave. I had my special time to tell her how much I loved her and how much I will miss her. I also received a clay impression of her paw. They made my night not as stressful and very sympathetic. Thank you again for the kind words.
We took our 3 month old puppy here for a snake bite; could not have had a better experience. They took immediate care of her; treated her like she was one of their own animals. We called all the time while she was there and they were always so nice and informative; they even sent was pictures to let us know she was doing good.
They took good care of my Zoe, due to a snake bite.
I have mixed feelings about this place.. my 4 mo old puppy ate 56 2mg prescription tenex tablets. So when I got her there at 11pm 2/14/16 from Nelson co, it was snowing... her blood pressure didn't even register. They made it clear they wouldn't treat her without up front payment. So, overnight(8hrs), charcoal, binding agent, fluids, she HAD to be picked up by 7 am in midst of that snow storm cost nearly$700. I just want to thank the doctors and the staff for saving our puppy. We only had her a day when she got sick. I took her in on Sunday a week ago. She was diagnosed with parvo and worms. She fought all week and we had our good and bad days. The doctors were very informative and nice. The staff was wonderful too. Hope we never have an emergency again but we know they are there if we need them.
There was a bill from 2001 that wasn't even mine , I refused to pay it until they proved it was mine and they wouldn't see my hurt dog!!
Can't say enough or express the gratitude we feel towards this group. Jay and Becca couldn't have been more wonderful during a devastating time for us.
